No. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, outside food and beverages are not permitted.
All birthday party packages include kids’ meals and a soft drink for each child. Additional food and beverages are available for purchase for both children and adults during the party.
You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes for your celebration, and our team can store them in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve them.
You may also bring your own themed decorations, paper plates, napkins, and utensils if you’d like to personalize your party.

You only need to include children who will be participating in activities during the party.
Each child included in your package receives access to activities such as roller skating, waterslides, pickleball, beach volleyball, ping pong, and their kids meal + soft drink.
Adults and non-participating guests enter free of charge and do not need to be included in your guest count. Parents and adult guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the venue and can purchase food and drinks separately during the party.

Yes, absolutely. You can always add additional children after booking your party.
Our birthday packages are offered in set tiers for 10 kids, 15 kids, and 20 kids, so we recommend selecting the package that best fits your expected guest count when booking.
If your guest list grows, you’re welcome to upgrade to the next package tier or, for parties with more than 20 kids, additional children can be added at $29 per child.
If a few guests are unable to attend after you’ve booked, your package price will remain the same, and refunds are not provided for no-shows within your selected package tier.

Yes, the birthday child is included in your package guest count.
This ensures they receive full access to all activities included in the party package, along with their kids meal and soft drink.

We recommend comfortable clothing that allows kids to enjoy all of the activities at The Woods.
Swimsuits are recommended for children who plan to participate in the waterslides
Socks are required for roller skating
Closed-toe shoes are required for pickleball
If needed, socks can be purchased at our skate shop on-site.
We also recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes if your child plans to enjoy the waterslides.

Our standard kids birthday packages are primarily designed for children 12 years old and under.
For birthdays ages 13 and up, please submit an inquiry, and we can help customize a party experience that better fits their age group and interests.
We also host adult birthday parties and private celebrations in our covered private garden lounge, and indoor event venue. For adult parties, please submit an inquiry and our team can help create the right package for your event.

Party hosts are welcome to arrive up to 45 mins before their scheduled party time to decorate and set up their reserved party space.
Guests can arrive at the party’s scheduled start time and head straight into the fun. We recommend making sure any required waivers are completed ahead of time to help check-in move smoothly.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to officially reserve your birthday party date and time at The Woods.
Your deposit will be applied toward your final party balance.
Deposits are fully refundable within 72 hours of booking. After 72 hours, deposits become non-refundable.
If bad weather impacts your party, no worries, you may reschedule your event to a new date at no additional charge based on availability.

No. Memberships cannot be used as part of a birthday party package. All children participating in the party activities must be included in the birthday package guest count, regardless of whether they have a pickleball membership, fitness membership, or any other membership at The Woods.
