Casa Blanca Villa is a private 20-acre estate located approximately five minutes from The Woods. The two properties work together to create the full Wedding Weekend Experience, with the villa serving as your private home base and The Woods designed for the main celebration.

Yes. Our Wedding Weekend Experience includes the venue, Casa Blanca Villa stay, professional wedding coordination, and access to our preferred vendor network. Catering, photography, entertainment, and décor are not included, giving you the flexibility to choose what best fits your vision and budget. Your coordinator will help you bring the rest of your vision together, from finding the right vendors to coordinating every detail.

Casa Blanca is primarily designed for accommodations, getting ready, intimate gatherings, and ceremonies. Our full Wedding Weekend Experience uses both properties, allowing you to enjoy the beauty and privacy of Casa Blanca before celebrating at The Woods with its dedicated reception spaces, bars, sound, lighting, and entertainment.

Yes. Our Wedding Day packages include limited access to Casa Blanca Villa beginning at 12 PM for getting ready, along with the option to hold your ceremony at our signature outdoor ceremony space before transitioning to The Woods for your reception.

Our Wedding Weekend Experience includes full access to Casa Blanca throughout the weekend, including overnight accommodations and additional pre-wedding celebrations.

We create a weather backup plan for every wedding. With both indoor and outdoor event spaces, your celebration can be adjusted around the weather while keeping your experience beautiful and seamless. Our team will work with you to determine the best plan as your wedding day approaches.

Wedding Day experiences include access to The Woods from 8 AM to 11 PM, giving you plenty of time for setup, your celebration, and cleanup. Wedding Weekend experiences begin with check-in Friday at 3 PM and check-out Sunday at 4 PM, with an after-party until 2 AM on your wedding night so you can keep the celebration going.

Most couples book 8 to 14 months in advance. Dates are first come, first served, and our most popular dates can book quickly, so we recommend securing your date as early as possible.

Yes. We welcome outside vendors, so you have the flexibility to choose the team that best fits your vision and budget. We also have a trusted preferred vendor network, and your wedding coordinator can help you select and coordinate catering, photography, DJs, décor, and more.
