Casa Blanca Villa is primarily reserved for couples booking our Wedding Weekend Experience, giving them exclusive access to the estate for accommodations, getting ready, and pre-wedding celebrations. Limited getting-ready access may be available for Wedding Day couples depending on availability, but priority is always given to our Wedding Weekend couples.

We create a weather backup plan for every wedding. With both indoor and outdoor event spaces, your celebration can be adjusted around the weather while keeping your experience beautiful and seamless. Our team will work with you to determine the best plan as your wedding day approaches.

Wedding Day experiences include access to The Woods from 8 AM to 11 PM, giving you plenty of time for setup, your celebration, and cleanup. Wedding Weekend experiences begin with check-in Friday at 3 PM and check-out Sunday at 4 PM, with an after-party until 2 AM on your wedding night so you can keep the celebration going.

Most couples book 8 to 14 months in advance. Dates are first come, first served, and our most popular dates can book quickly, so we recommend securing your date as early as possible.

Yes. We welcome outside vendors, so you have the flexibility to choose the team that best fits your vision and budget. We also have a trusted preferred vendor network, and your wedding coordinator can help you select and coordinate catering, photography, DJs, décor, and more.
